These Terms of Service govern your use of VietResume, available at vietresume.com. By accessing or using VietResume, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy.

Using VietResume

VietResume provides tools to create, analyse, score, tailor, and organise CVs and job applications. You are responsible for the information you submit, the accuracy of the documents and emails you send, and your use of the service. Do not use the service in a way that is unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or that infringes another person’s rights.

Google and job-application emails

If you connect your Google account, you authorise VietResume to use the permissions you approve. Gmail sending is used only to send application emails you initiate. Before an email is sent, you are responsible for reviewing its recipient, content, and any attached CV. VietResume does not guarantee delivery, a response from an employer, or any employment outcome.

AI-generated output

AI-generated CV content, analysis, scores, rewrites, and email drafts are suggestions. They may be incomplete or inaccurate. Review all output before relying on it, sending it, or presenting it as your own professional information.

Payments

Paid features, prices, and usage limits are shown before checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe. Unless required by law, completed purchases are non-refundable once the related feature, entitlement, or usage has been made available. Contact support if you believe a payment was made in error.

Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue a feature when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance, or product development. We may also suspend access if these Terms are violated. The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law.
